John J. Payne is a UX Researcher who currently lives in Northern Virginia. He graduated with his M.A. (Human Factors and Applied Cognition) from George Mason University and his B.S. (Psychology) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is extremely detail oriented and has an appreciation for creating beautiful, simple and enjoyable user experiences in all areas of application; web, mobile web, or native application, it's all important.  Fueled by his desire to find the root-cause of a site or app's usability issues, he is always striving to find creative and unique methods to solve for simple and extremely complex or niche issues.
